PhD Candidate wins P.E.O. Sisterhood Scholar Award

Ph.D. Candidate Camrynn “Cammie” Fausey was recently selected to receive the $15,000 Scholar Award from the P.E.O. Sisterhood for her work designing nano-enabled water treatment technologies. The P.E.O. Scholar Award recipients are a select group of women chosen for their high level of academic achievement, their significant contributions in their chosen field of study, and their positive impact on society. The P.E.O. Scholar Awards were established in 1991 to provide substantial merit-based awards for women in the U.S. and Canada pursuing a octoral-level degree at an accredited college or university. More information can be found here.
